We arrived at Pagration Youth with tired feet and were greeted with warm smiles and helpful tips on exploring the city. The staff's friendliness made us feel instantly at home. The hostel's location was perfect, close to cafes and public transport points. We even enjoyed a delicious Greek pasta cooked by George, one of the staff members. The hostel had a great ambiance, and we had a fantastic time socializing with other guests. Despite a small kitchen and limited plugs near the bed, the overall experience was wonderful. We highly recommend this hostel for its welcoming atmosphere and convenient location. I would highly recommend staying at this hostel for an unforgettable experience in Athens.

Cheap, good hostel.
The kitchen is tiny and there are no lockers. The office can hold your valuable items, but they weren't very good about locking up after themselves.

The staffs are very kind. The kitchen was nice! Free of use for stove, fridge and cooking facilities. The toilet is a bit cramped but clean. The hot shower is available for 24 hours cost 50 cents for 7 minutes ( which is relatively long ). The room was clean and free of charge for linen, pillowcase and blanket. We've got the key for the room, so we can lock the door when we were out. The hostel is situated in safe and quite civilized neighborhood, near some supermarket such as lidl, Champion, ab and some bakery shop that we can buy fresh bread and Greek pie (Feta Cheese pie, Spinach pie) there also there's a theater near by. The transportation is quite well. We can get there by trolley No.2, 11 and 4.
The heater in the room didn't work and it was cold inside the hostel. Besides, there is no power connector in the room.

I stayed at this budget hostel in Athens and it was definitely worth the money. The room was simple but comfortable, and the location was safe and quiet. The staff treated me like family and made me feel right at home.
The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe offering more variety or adding some healthier options.

Whilst the facilities are basic, Pagration had a really great friendly vibe amongst everyone who was there. The staff were really helpful and always made you feel at home.
You have to pay 50c for showers, but you do get 7mins of hot water! The kitchen could do with a microwave and it would help if there was a larger sign on the outside door, it was very easy to miss!

Friendly and helpful staff, making our stay feel like home. The hostel is well-located, with supermarkets, bars, and cheap restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the bathrooms, showers, kitchen, and dorm rooms was impressive. The free lockers and security cameras provided a sense of safety. Despite some minor inconveniences like limited plug sockets and intermittent hot water, the overall experience was great. I'd definitely recommend this hostel!

My first hostel experience is positive oversll.I travled in the low season so only me and the other gal shared a 5 beds dorm. Good location, lots cafe and bars around, and shops too. The young American guy who works at the reception is friendly.
Hot shower is €0.50 for 7 minutes need to be improved.

It's a place with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, lots of plants and always something to read on the walls, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location in very practical to visit the city center or to find almost anything you need in the neighboring streets.
I think the rooms can be really cold in winter, my visit on spring was alright.

Friendly and helpful staff who provided great tips for exploring the city. Well-equipped kitchen with spices and appliances for guests to use.- Convenient location within walking distance of main attractions.
Limited power outlets in the room, which had to be shared among eight people. Inconsistent wifi access, available only in the common area.

I liked of here the way in wich this hotel was like a big house where you can live with some other people and you become friend so easyly with them because all rooms are nice to stay and for sharing, like the TV, the kitchen.. To me it's a friendly, nice, clean, secure and very particular place wich I recommend
It could be that the shower wasn't free, but it it's only 0,50€
